Session 92. I knew we didn't kill him.
7/25/23 Taking the form of a Hell Hound had some unexpected consequences. My mind was not functioning like it should. Rational, logical thought was harder. Emotions and primal urges were much stronger. For instance, as I looked at Strahd, intellectually I knew he was an enemy, but part of me saw him as an ally. I forced that part back and focused on my group and protecting the girl. Because of this, much of what I impart is gleaned from what I learned later. Most of us moved forward to confront Strahd, while Ooloch and Connell moved closer to, well, I guess Tatyana is her name here. Laz tried to tell Strahd something about being from the future, but his response were words to the effect of, “Nothing will keep me from you!” and started forward.
